Baking TIPS

 
1. Always preheat oven to the specified temperature before placing the cookie doughballs in.
2. Use baking paper to avoid cookie from sticking on tray. Alternatively, spread butter on the tray.​
3. Frozen cookie doughballs are to be stored in the freezer at all times.
 
4.Cookie doughballs should be baked immediately from frozen state. No defrosting needed.
5. Place cookies 2 inches apart to allow them to spread.
6. All ovens vary, so cooking times may vary. 
7. Remove cookies from the oven when they are slightly brown on the edges and set in the centre. Cookies will continue to bake several minutes after being removed from the oven. Allow ten minutes to cool before serving.
